The Group employs approximately 180 people, and serves more than 6,000 customers worldwide\nNature Planet is owned by private equity firm Procuritas, alongside its founders and key management.\nThe Group is entering its next phase of development, focusing on profitable growth, operational performance, integration and long-term value creation.\nThe Position\nAs Group CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board and private equity owners.\nYou will take overall responsibility for Group Finance across Europe and the US, leading an international team of 11 employees, including two Finance Directors, with IT also reporting directly to the CFO.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nDrive financial performance, profitability, cash flow and working capital optimisation.\n\nLead group reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and financial governance.\n\nAct as a strategic and commercial business partner to the CEO and executive management.\n\nStrengthen financial transparency, KPI management and decision support across the Group.\n\nSupport acquisitions, integration, value-creation initiatives and potential exit preparation.\n\nDevelop the finance organisation, systems and processes to support continued growth.\n\nYour Profile\nPrevious experience working in a private equity-owned company is a mandatory requirement for this position.\nWe are looking for an experienced Group CFO, CFO or senior Finance Director with:\nDocumented experience operating in a PE-owned business, including interaction with private equity owners, investor reporting and value-creation initiatives.\n\nStrong financial leadership experience in a group structure with multiple legal entities.\n\nSolid experience in financial reporting, consolidation, performance management, cash flow and working capital.\n\nA commercial and hands-on approach, preferably from consumer products, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing or related industries.\n\nExperience with M&A, integration and financial transformation is an advantage.\n\nInternational experience, particularly from Europe and the US, is beneficial but not essential.\n\nYou are a pragmatic, commercially minded and results-oriented finance leader who combines strategic thinking with operational execution.
