Meyer Turku SAP transformation is one of the largest ongoing SAP transformation programs in Finland.\nWe are looking for an Experienced SAP Platform & Service Manager to own and govern our SAP-related services. Our team is responsible for corporate functions including SAP ERP, HR and financial systems. We collaborate closely with business units, other IT domains, and external partners. Our main environment is SAP S/4HANA and in 2027 we will start using SAP Private cloud.\nYour key responsibilities include:\nOwning the end-to-end SAP service model, support processes and service governance.\n\nLead vendor and contract management for multiple partners (development, AMS), ensuring quality, performance, and accountability.\n\nCoordinate and improve incident, change, and problem management processes in line with ITIL practices\n\nEnsure clear communication during changes and possible incidents and conduct regular service reviews, increase efficiency and effectiveness of the services\n\nOversee SAP platform operations, technical changes, upgrades, performance and capacity management\n\nReview and approve SAP service requests, provisioning requirements, and technical operational activities\n\nCoordinate client administration, system copies, refreshes, connectivity, certificates, technical users, interfaces, output management, and transport infrastructure.\n\nEncourage Business and cross IT collaboration, identify obstacles in service delivery and help teammates to overcome them\n\nSupport ongoing and upcoming projects, changes, and upgrades.\n\nYou are a strong communicator, problem solver, and relationship builder with an experience managing SAP. Ideally, you have:\nExperience in SAP Basis, SAP Technical Operations, or SAP Platform Management.\n\nStrong understanding of SAP landscapes, integrations, transport management, and platform operations.\n\nKnowledge of IT service management practices\n\nExperience with supplier management, SLA governance, and service reviews.\n\nExperience working with external vendors and multi-supplier environments\n\nFamiliarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices\n\nA proactive, organized, and business-oriented mindset\n\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams\n\nStrong communication skills in Finnish and English.\n\nWhy Join Meyer Turku?
