You’ll spend a significant amount of time on-site supporting deployments, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with contractors, hotel personnel, and project teams.\nIf you enjoy learning new technologies and seeing your work make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeploy, operate, and troubleshoot robotics systems used in construction projects and hotels.\n\nRegularly visit customer sites to support robot setup, commissioning, testing, and daily operations.\n\nPerform preventive maintenance, repairs, and hardware and software troubleshooting on-site.\n\nCoordinate and carry out the safe delivery and setup of robots at customer locations.\n\nDiagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions in changing site environments.\n\nTrain customers and site personnel on robot operation, safety procedures, and best practices.\n\nWork closely with engineers to improve robot performance based on real-world feedback.\n\nPrepare service reports, maintenance records, and deployment documentation.\n\nFollow site safety procedures and applicable site regulations at all times.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.\n\nInterest in robotics, automation, or engineering technology.\n\nAble to carry out robot deployment, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting at active construction sites and hotel premises, in accordance with site safety requirements.\n\nAble to travel regularly between customer sites across Singapore and perform on-site tasks, including walking around construction sites, climbing stairs where necessary, and setting up and operating robotic equipment safely.\n\nAble to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing project priorities.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nPositive attitude, hands-on approach, and willingness to learn.\n\nNo prior robotics experience required—training will be provided.\n\nWhat You’ll Experience\nWork with robots deployed on real construction projects and in operating hotels.\n\nGain hands-on experience in robotics, automation, AI, and smart construction technologies.\n\nCollaborate with contractors, developers, hospitality teams, and government agencies in Singapore.\n\nBuild practical engineering skills through real-world problem-solving.\n\nTake ownership of tasks and contribute directly to customer deployments and product improvements.\n\nWhy Join Us\nWork in the growing field of construction robotics and automation.\n\nBe part of a startup where your ideas and contributions matter.\n\nLearn directly from experienced robotics engineers.\n\nDevelop your career through practical experience and opportunities to take on greater project responsibilities.\n\nSee your work deployed in buildings and construction sites across Singapore.\n\nWorking Environment\nThis role involves frequent travel to active construction sites and hotel premises across Singapore. On-site duties include setting up, operating, testing, and maintaining robotic equipment, walking around large sites, and climbing stairs where necessary.\nSome assignments involve outdoor work in hot and humid conditions.
