This is a highly visible role that serves as the primary administrative and project support resource for multiple construction projects. The Project Coordinator works closely with the Director of Construction, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure projects remain organized, compliant, and progressing efficiently from commencement through close-out.\nThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating with various parties, and serving as a key point of contact throughout the construction process.\nThe Project Coordinator provides administrative, accounting, job cost, and project support services for construction projects. This role is responsible for vendor management, accounts payable processing, contract administration, job cost tracking, construction draw preparation, project documentation management, and coordination of project communications.\nThe successful candidate will ensure project records remain accurate, complete, compliant, and up to date while supporting the day-to-day needs of the Director of Construction.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain vendor compliance (authorizations, COIs, W-9s) and monitor lien notices.\nManage AP, including invoice entry, pay applications, and lien waivers, resolving payment questions with contractors.\nManage job cost, contracts, budgets, and change orders in Sage, including cost reporting and reconciliation.\nPrepare draw packages and manage close-out documentation and project files.\nDistribute contractor reports, updates, and jobsite photos;
