Hyper-local execution.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nFacilitate all onsite logistics for Bisnow events in your assigned market.\nEnsure every aspect of the event is prepared and runs smooth from start to finish.\nParticipate in a 30 minute pre-event call before every event to review details. \nWork with Event Managers to ensure venues, audiovisual, catering and party rental are all confirmed prior to the event.\nPick up name badges prior to the event and set up registration the day before every event.\nManage onsite ticket sales and charges through Bisnow’s square account.\nStore all Bisnow event inventory (includes but is not limited to signs, lanyards, label printer, pop up banners, etc.).\nBring and setup event signage and materials to event space prior to start of event and ensure that all is safely removed from event once concluded.\nCoordinate with Bisnow Clients who are sponsoring the event to ensure that they are pleased and supported throughout the event.\nWork with party rental vendors to set up stage, chairs, tables, etc. (raw space events only).\nBe aware of your surroundings at all time to provide an A++ attendee experience- this includes coffee, food, music, trash cans, etc.\nWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\n1 -
