Each operator is responsible for and has the necessary authority to ensure quality, including stopping production to correct quality nonconformance. \nSPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:\nUses appropriate safety measures\nUses appropriate measurement equipment and techniques as trained\nRecords and maintains documentation and data as required.\nFollows applicable work instructions.\nUses good housekeeping skills to maintain the work area.\nFollows directions and instructions of all supervisory personnel.\nMaintains good relations with co-workers, management and visitors.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nTOOLING & EQUIPMENT: Saw blades, adjustable wrench, allen wrenches and tape measure.\nPRIMARY JOB FUNCTION: Saw fin tube to required lengths.\nSECONDARY JOB FUNCTION: Select proper material to be cut. Load and unload saw.\nJOB DESCRIPTION: Obtain proper production order. Load saw with material to be cut. Set-up saw table for proper length. Make routine quality checks on length and end treatment. Make necessary adjustments as needed. Blow out chips from all finished material. Tag each lift of material with proper information. Unload finished material to proper storage area. Keep assigned machinery and work area neat, clean and orderly. Follow all safety and shop rules. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. NOTE: Tolerances used – overall length - +1/8”, -0”.\nSPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a high regard for safety awareness.
