improvements.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\n5+ years of experience in Delphi development.\n\nStrong experience developing and maintaining desktop applications.\n\nSolid knowledge of SQL databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).\n\nExperience with legacy system maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixing.\n\nGood understanding of software design, debugging, and performance optimization.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills.\n\nBonus Points\n\nExperience with API integrations or third-party service consumption is a plus.\n\nFamiliarity with version control systems (Git/SVN) is beneficial.\n\nPrior experience in regulated or operationally critical software domains is a
