BIT offers services including custody, trading, asset and wealth management, liquidity and financing solutions, and tokenised real-world assets (RWA), serving institutional and professional investors globally.\n BIT Group entities maintain a licensed and regulated footprint across Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Bhutan.\n For more information, visit www.bit.com\n\n About the Job:\n\n Responsibilities\n Monitor and analyze the performance of OTC and Payment businesses, including revenue, volume, client activity, conversion, and operational efficiency.\n Identify business growth opportunities, operational gaps, and areas for improvement through data analysis, market research, and business insights.\n Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and provide actionable recommendations to support business strategy and management decisions.\n Drive business improvement and growth initiatives from analysis and planning through execution and performance tracking.\n Work closely with Product, Sales/BD, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to improve business performance and client experience.\n Prepare management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis to support timely business decisions.\n Proactively identify new ideas and opportunities to help expand and optimize the OTC and Payment businesses.\n Undertake other business-related responsibilities and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned by the business team.\n Requirements\n Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\n Experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Business Analysis, FinTech, Payments, OTC, or Financial Services.\n Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial thinking skills.\n Good understanding of market trends and business drivers.\n Proactive, hands-on, and able to take ownership of initiatives.\n Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n Proficiency in Excel;
