users.\n\n Job Responsibilities:\n\n Design and implement automated deployment solutions that eliminate manual processes, improve developer productivity, and enable engineering teams to deliver software faster and more safely.\n Configure system, storage and networking parameters for virtual machine deployments on the VMware platform.\n Monitor system stability and performance after deployment, and proactively identify and address potential issues.\n Handle incident resolution and project-based tasks related to server deployments.\n Apply security best practices in server installation, configuration and administration to protect custody infrastructure.\n\n Job Requirements:\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or similar infrastructure engineering role.\n Experience in Linux (Ubuntu & CentOS), virtualization technologies (Oracle & Vmware),database management (MySQL), monitoring/operational intelligence products (Prometheus, ELK) and best security practices for server installation and administration.\n Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.\n Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the self-motivation to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n Ability to communicate in Mandarin, as this role requires regular liaison with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the Group.\n\n Preferred:\n Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.\n Interest in or knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain and digital asset custody.\n Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.\n\n By
