We are always in search of intellectually curious and entrepreneurial individuals who are keen on making an impact in the crypto ecosystem and in building a better product for the next one billion users.\n\n Job Responsibilities:\n\n Core System Architecture: Design and implement the architecture for core systems including trading, accounting, and clearing & settlement, ensuring data consistency and fund security.\n External Institution Integration: Lead system integration with Clearing Brokers and Execution Venues.\n Accounting & Reconciliation System: Build a broker-level accounting and end-of-day reconciliation system, ensuring data alignment with clearing parties, upstream brokers, and regulatory reporting.\n Margin Financing & Options Derivatives: Design and iterate risk engines (margin and liquidation logic) and deposit/withdrawal/transfer flows to ensure fund safety.\n Stability & Contingency: Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and fund anomaly contingency plans. Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, operations, product, and other teams.\n\n Job Requirements:\n\n Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.\n 5+ years of backend / distributed systems development experience, including 3+ years of core system experience at a securities firm or exchange.\n Familiar with the full order lifecycle and OMS/EMS design.
