We are looking for a versatile Motion Graphics & Video Editor to create clear, engaging video content that helps people understand Bitcoin, crypto, and our products, with a primary focus on animation-led work: explainer videos, product tutorials, launch and hype videos, and brand-led visual storytelling.\nYou will turn scripts, screen recordings, product assets, and brand guidelines into polished videos that make complex topics simple and compelling, while also providing reliable editing support for the broader content team. You will work closely with designers, video editors, scriptwriters, and marketing and product teams to turn ideas into strong visual stories. We are looking for someone who can work independently, bring creative ideas forward, and communicate clearly throughout the production process.\nLocation: Warsaw, Masovia (Hybrid)\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate animated explainer videos for topics such as “What is Bitcoin?” using typography, graphics, illustration, motion design, and our brand system.\nProduce product tutorials that combine screen recordings, UI assets, voiceover, text, and animation to clearly demonstrate how to use Bitcoin.com products.\n\nEdit launch, hype, and promotional videos that showcase product features in an engaging way.\nMaintain and refresh tutorial content as product releases or UI changes make existing videos outdated. \nWhen animation-led projects are not the priority, edit conventional video content including talking-head interviews, conference walkthroughs, and social clips. \nColor grade, sound edit, and deliver polished final videos for web, product, social, YouTube, and other channels. \nDeliver final videos independently and, when needed, export standalone video assets for use in other productions. Collaborative timeline or project-file editing is generally not required. \nUse AI tools thoughtfully to support production, for example creating on-brand visual assets, voiceovers, or music, while maintaining a high quality bar.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired\nDemonstrated experience creating animated explainer videos, tutorials, or motion-led product content. \nStrong motion-design instincts: pacing, typography, transitions, visual hierarchy, and the ability to explain ideas simply. \nSolid conventional editing experience, including color grading, audio cleanup, and interview or event footage. \nStrong experience creating motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or comparable professional tools. We care about the quality of your work and your ability to deliver, not which software you use. \nProfessional editing experience with at least one tool such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or an equivalent workflow. \nComfortable working from brand guidelines and applying them consistently across graphics, animation, and video. \nExperience combining screen recordings, still images, product UI, music, voiceover, and motion graphics into a cohesive final piece. \nFamiliarity with AI prompting and creative AI tools for image generation, synthetic voice, or music generation. Expert-level AI knowledge is not required. \nA portfolio that demonstrates both motion-led work and conventional editing.\nNice to Have\nExperience with fintech, crypto, consumer apps, or educational content. \nExperience adapting content for multiple formats and channels. \nIllustration, 3D, sound design, or basic scripting skills.\nAdditional language skills beyond English. \nWhy Join Us\nOne of the most recognized names in crypto \nRoom to grow in a fast-moving global organization","description_format":"text","description_chars":3696,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":true}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Animation","Cryptocurrencies","Crypto Wallets"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-21T04:23:32Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":2,"expected_fill_days":44,"reasons":["conf:2","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-23T05:54:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/bitcoin-com-motion-graphics-video-editor","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/bitcoin-com-motion-graphics-video-editor.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-24T04:26:04Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":6933,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-25T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":13688},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=13688"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fbitcoin-com-motion-graphics-video-editor"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fbitcoin-com-motion-graphics-video-editor"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fbitcoin-com-motion-graphics-video-editor"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/bitcoin-com-motion-graphics-video-editor\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fbitcoin-com-motion-graphics-video-editor"}]}
