Take a look at www.bitdeergroup.com.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Computer Maintenance Technician, you'll perform highly diversified duties - installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment - following safety, predictive, and productive maintenance processes that support the site's goals. This is a physical, hands-on role: you'll be on your feet, walking the floor, and working directly on the machines, not sitting behind a desk.\nShift Options\nWe run a compressed work week, so you work fewer, longer days:\nSchedule: Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday\nDay Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM\n Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (+$2/hour shift differential)\nShifts are 12 hours, except Wednesday, which is a 6-hour shift\nWhat You'll Do\nDiagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and test/adjust equipment with time-sensitive urgency\nInstall and maintain production machines (\"miners\") and plant facility equipment\nProvide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during service windows\nPhysically supervise mining machines and network equipment\nOperate and manage heat dissipation (cooling) equipment daily\nAssist with configuration and deployment of replacement machines\nRespond to power failures, network issues, and overheating events to keep machines running stably\nTag assets and keep asset tracking software logs current\nProvide daily reports on equipment operations and maintenance\nAnalyze facility workflows and issues to help improve operational efficiency\nContribute to technical reports and the team's operations/maintenance knowledge base\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired:\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent\nSolid understanding of software tools, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Docs, inventory management, and machine monitoring software\nMechanical aptitude and comfort working with your hands\nStrong work ethic, results-driven mindset, and ability to learn and analyze quickly\nGood communication and coordination skills\nAbility to work in an environment with regular exposure to heat, noise, and vibration\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the shift, and to frequently lift/move items over 50 lbs\nPreferred (not required):\nTechnical degree in a computer-related, electronic, or electrical field\n1-2 years of relevant work experience\nAdditional Information\nA background check and drug screening will be required for final hire.\nPlease review the shift structure carefully - this is a compressed work week with 12-hour shifts (6 hours on Wednesday).\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
