BD sources relationships and introductions; this role takes a qualified opportunity and owns everything needed to get it to signature - pricing, negotiation, and contracting - and self-sources new opportunities when the BD pipeline is light.\nWhat you will be responsible for:\nTake handoff of qualified opportunities from BD and own the deal from pricing proposal through contract signature.\nStructure and negotiate commercial terms - pricing tiers, prepayment/drawdown terms, discounts - within approved guardrails, escalating exceptions.\nCoordinate Order Form drafting and redlines with Commercial/Legal, keeping deals moving.\nLoop in the Solutions Engineer for deals requiring technical scoping or custom solution.\nSelf-source and qualify new opportunities in your region when BD-sourced pipeline is insufficient to hit quota.\nMaintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM; own quota attainment.\nManage negotiation directly with clients once BD has made the introduction, keeping BD informed throughout.\nFlag recurring pricing or contract friction back to Commercial leadership to refine guardrails over time.\nHow you will stand out:\n5-8 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or AI/ML.\nTrack record of independently negotiating and closing commercial deals, not just supporting a closer.\nComfortable working cross-functionally with Legal/Commercial and technical teams to close a deal without hand-holding.\nFluent in the local business language and customs for your region; English fluency for internal reporting.\nDemonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and forecast accurately.\nPreferred: direct experience selling a Model-as-a-Service / inference API product or usage-based cloud offering; experience in a hunter-closer split alongside a BD function; familiarity with token-based/consumption pricing models and prepay/drawdown structures. \nWhat you will experience working with us:\nA culture that values authenticity and diversity of thoughts and backgrounds;\nAn inclusive and respectable environment with open workspaces and exciting start-up spirit;\nFast-growing company with the chance to network with industrial pioneers and enthusiasts;\nAbility to contribute directly and make an impact on the future of the digital asset industry;\nInvolvement in new projects, developing processes/systems;\nPersonal accountability, autonomy, fast growth, and learning opportunities;\nAttractive welfare benefits and developmental opportunities such as training and mentoring.\n--------------------------------------------------------------------\nBitdeer is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in accordance with country, state, and local laws.
