The role will partner closely with business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies, build technical talent pipelines and provide market-driven talent insights. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is commercially minded, resilient and comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving business needs.\n\nWhat you will be responsible for:\n Developing and executing recruitment strategies to identify, attract, assess and hire highly technical talent, particularly across semiconductor, engineering and technology functions.\nTaking a hands-on approach to sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, talent mapping, referrals and other channels.\nConducting technical and semiconductor talent market mapping and analysis to build sustainable talent pipelines and provide insights on talent availability, market trends and talent movements.\nDriving recruitment activities across multiple channels, including direct applications, referrals, campus engagement, recruitment agencies and professional networks, while effectively managing each channel.\nPartnering closely with hiring managers throughout the interview process to assess candidates for technical capabilities, role suitability, team fit and cultural alignment.\nAdvising hiring teams on talent availability, market competitiveness and hiring considerations, using market intelligence and business context to support hiring decisions.\nEnsuring a first-class candidate experience across every stage of the recruitment process.\nLeveraging tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and other recruitment technology to provide data-driven talent insights and recommendations.\nBuilding and strengthening the company’s employer brand and talent presence within the semiconductor, technology and engineering markets.\nStaying updated on relevant local employment legislation and ensuring recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.\nContributing to TA process improvements and initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.\nHow you will stand out:\nBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum 8-10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with proven experience hiring for semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, chip design, electronics or related engineering/technology functions.\nStrong understanding of the semiconductor and technical talent landscape, including relevant skill sets, talent pools and hiring market dynamics.\nDemonstrated experience in regional or international recruitment, preferably across multiple markets in Asia.\nStrong hands-on sourcing capabilities, particularly in identifying and engaging passive technical talent.\nProven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth and ambiguous environments, with the ability to navigate evolving priorities and business requirements.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner closely with hiring managers, manage expectations and provide practical talent solutions.\nCommercially minded with the ability to use market data, talent insights and business context to advise on hiring decisions.\nFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter/Talent Insights and other recruitment technology.\nA combination of in-house and recruitment agency experience would be an advantage.\nExperience in the AI, semiconductor, data center or blockchain industries would be an advantage.\nDemonstrates a resilient, dynamic and growth mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly, navigate ambiguity and adopt new technologies and practices.\nWhat you will experience working with us:\nA culture that values authenticity and diversity of thoughts and backgrounds;\nAn inclusive and respectable environment with open workspaces and exciting start-up spirit;\nFast-growing company with the chance to network with industrial pioneers and enthusiasts;\nAbility to contribute directly and make an impact on the future of the digital asset industry;\nInvolvement in new projects, developing processes/systems;\nPersonal accountability, autonomy, fast growth, and learning opportunities;\nAttractive welfare benefits and developmental opportunities such as training and mentoring.\n--------------------------------------------------------------------\nBitdeer is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in accordance with country, state, and local laws.
