Recruitment will be the primary focus of this role. You will take ownership of end-to-end hiring across technical, operational and corporate functions, working closely with hiring managers and our global HR team.\nBeyond recruitment, you will also serve as a local HR partner, supporting employee onboarding, HR operations, employee relations and compliance with Norwegian employment requirements. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment expertise who enjoys building processes, working independently and taking on broader HR responsibilities in a growing international business.\nWe are open to candidates at senior, manager or director level, with the final title and scope determined by experience.\nWhat you will be responsible for:\nRecruitment (core focus):\n Strategizing and Executing: Developing and implementing comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier technical and corporate talent.\nProactive Sourcing: Directly engaging with passive candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline.\nMarket Intelligence: Conducting in-depth talent market mapping and analysis to ensure a sustainable and forward-looking recruitment strategy.\nFull-Cycle Recruitment: Managing recruitment efforts across all channels, including direct applications, referrals, campus events, and agency partnerships.\nCandidate Assessment: Guiding the interview process by evaluating candidates not only for their skills but also for their team fit and cultural alignment.\nCompensation Design: Developing competitive compensation packages, considering internal equity, job scope, and appropriate leveling for new hires.\nExceptional Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive and seamless experience for every candidate throughout their journey with us.\nData-Driven Consulting: Utilizing tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights to provide data-backed recommendations and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.\nBrand Ambassadorship: Promoting our company culture and strengthening our employer brand within the industry.\nCompliance and Improvement: Staying current on local labor laws to ensure compliance and actively contributing to HR process enhancements and policy development.\nBroader HR\nCoordinate employee onboarding, offboarding and other employee lifecycle processes.\nAct as the local HR point of contact for employees and managers in Norway.\nSupport employee relations, performance management and other day-to-day HR matters.\nMaintain employment documentation, HR records and local HR policies.\nWork with internal teams and external advisers to ensure compliance with Norwegian employment laws and regulations.\nCoordinate with payroll, pension, insurance and other HR service providers.\nSupport compensation reviews, employee engagement and other HR initiatives.\nCollaborate with the global HR team to develop and improve local HR processes.\nWhat good looks like:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nTypically 7+ years of recruitment experience, including substantial hands-on, end-to-end hiring experience.\nStrong direct sourcing capabilities, particularly for technical, engineering or specialist positions.\nExperience partnering with hiring managers and managing recruitment independently.\nGood understanding of the Norwegian talent market and recruitment practices.\nExposure to broader HR operations, employee relations or HR business partnering.\nWorking knowledge of Norwegian employment practices, with the ability to coordinate with specialist advisers when needed.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.\nComfortable working independently in a growing and fast-paced environment.\nFluent English communication skills.
