plans to help achieve assigned goals and quotas\nBuild customer relationships through consultative conversations to understand clients’ business objectives\nManage the sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals\nIdentify new sales opportunities through networking and nurture them into lasting partnerships\nSupport pipeline and account activity, including preparing timely proposal responses, tracking activity in CRM, contributing to forecasting, and conducting competitive research\nBuild and maintain working knowledge of Bitdefender’s service offerings\nProvide professional after-sales support to strengthen client satisfaction and loyalty\nDevelop account plans for named accounts to increase engagement value, with guidance from senior team members\nMonitor projects or campaigns to ensure they run smoothly\nRequirements:\nAt least 2-3 years of sales experience in the IT industry\nKnowledge of or experience in software sales, professional and/or managed services is an advantage\nUnderstanding of the sales process and account management, with an interest in opening up new markets\nStrong communication, presentation, and written skills in English and Mandarin\nAbility to build relationships, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership\nAbility to translate clients’ needs into solution requirements and clear value propositions\nWorking knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles\nGood organizational and time-management skills\nSound business acumen\nFamiliarity with MEDDIC sales methodology is a
