collaborate with Institutional BD and Regional Sales to define business objectives and go-to-market approaches, rather than passively fulfilling requests.\nLead end-to-end campaign planning and project management, serving as the single point of contact across business lines to coordinate resources including content, social media, KOLs, and events.\nBuild a framework for measuring and attributing marketing performance, establishing a complete closed loop from goal setting and strategy development to execution and post-campaign review.\nProvide regional teams with strategic frameworks, resource integration, and performance standards to support localized execution.\nWhat you'll need\n5+ years of experience in marketing strategy or project management; background in B2B, finance, securities, or exchanges is preferred.\nUnderstand the decision-making logic and business scenarios of institutional clients, enabling professional dialogue with business stakeholders; familiarity with the crypto or derivatives industry is a plus.\nProven ability to plan and manage full-cycle campaigns, with experience driving multiple business lines simultaneously and managing cross-functional collaboration.\nData-driven with hands-on experience in building marketing attribution or performance measurement systems.\nFluent in both Chinese and English as working languages;
