If you are looking for cutting-edge work, where you will have opportunities to develop your career among peers who are experts in their field, and you believe in the future of digital currency, then look no further than Bitget!\nWhat you'll do\n Deep Client Relationship Management & Value Enhancement\nMaintain strong relationships with key (top-tier) clients, provide 1-on-1 professional support, deeply explore client needs, and continuously identify new collaboration opportunities based on existing partnerships to expand cooperation scope and increase client trading share.\nSME Client Maintenance\n Manage and maintain all Telegram groups daily, and handle clients’ business and technical issues on a routine basis.\nAccount Management\n Set up and maintain client accounts, including fee rates, rate limits, VIP channels, etc.\nClient Inquiries\n Handle daily client inquiries, including account issues, trading data queries, product consultations, and platform event inquiries, while keeping clients updated with the platform’s event calendar.\nDaily Notifications\nCommunicate important updates to clients in a timely manner, such as policy changes and API upgrades, ensuring clients stay informed about the latest platform developments.\nComplaint Handling\n Effectively resolve client complaints.\nWhat you'll need\nProficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nFamiliarity with the needs of institutional clients on trading platforms/exchanges.\nStrong customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities;
