Native or fluent German proficiency and experience in German-speaking markets (DACH) are a strong plus.\n2-5 years of experience in KOL business development, affiliate marketing, trading growth, or related roles (experience in Crypto, Fintech, or Traditional Finance is beneficial).\nHands-on experience with crypto trading (spot, derivatives, or copy trading), with a solid understanding of how crypto exchanges function.\nProven ability to drive real trading volume via KOLs or growth partnerships.\nResults-driven mindset with the ability to work towards clear, volume-based performance
