Bitget currently leads in the tokenized TradFi market, providing the industry's lowest fees and highest liquidity across 150 regions worldwide.\nJob Responsibilities:\nOwn the monthly, quarterly and annual close end-to-end for assigned entities, ensuring journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and reporting schedules are completed accurately and to deadline\nPrepare and submit the complete IFRS reporting package to Group Finance for consolidation, including reporting templates, supporting disclosure schedules, related party transaction schedules and intercompany confirmations, mapped to the group chart of accounts and delivered within the group reporting calendar\nOwn the local statutory to IFRS bridge for assigned entities by maintaining documented, rolling adjustment schedules with clear rationale, ownership and prior period tie, capable of withstanding auditor challenge\nAgree intercompany balances bilaterally with counterparty entities ahead of the group submission deadline, so that differences are resolved at source rather than surfaced during consolidation\nReconcile bank, exchange, wallet, digital asset, trading and intercompany balances, investigating and resolving discrepancies with the relevant business, treasury and operations teams\nPrepare statutory financial statements for assigned entities, including all notes and supporting disclosure schedules, under IFRS and applicable local reporting frameworks\nManage the statutory audit end-to-end for assigned entities, owning the audit timetable, schedules and information requests, responding to auditor queries, and driving findings and management letter points through to resolution\nOwn regulatory reporting and filing obligations for assigned entities, coordinating with company secretarial and external service providers to meet all statutory deadlines; \nIdentify technical accounting issues arising at entity level and escalate to the technical accounting team with a well-formed recommendation and supporting analysis; implement agreed positions accurately in the books and reporting package\nEstablish, implement and continuously improve close processes, financial controls and working paper standards, including automation of manual reconciliation workflows\nCarry the most complex and , regulated and higher-risk entities in the portfolio, and act as the escalation point for technical and reporting matters across the team\nLead and develop the corporate reporting team, setting standards for working papers, review discipline and submission quality, and coaching team members\nOwn the relationship with Group Finance, including the reporting calendar, submission quality and timely resolution of group queries\nSupport the Group's capital markets readiness agenda by raising reporting quality, documentation and audit evidence to a standard capable of withstanding external scrutiny\nPartner with treasury, operations, legal, compliance and the in-house tax team to ensure reporting and documentation comply with applicable regulations and professional standards\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, and a recognised professional accounting qualification (CA Singapore, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)\nMinimum 8 to 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, of which at least 7 years must have been gained in a Big 4 audit practice\nStrong working knowledge of IFRS, with proven ability to research, conclude and document positions independently on complex and unprecedented matters\nStrong working knowledge of group reporting requirements, including reporting package completion, group accounting policy and chart of accounts mapping, intercompany agreement and adjustment schedules, sufficient to submit clean and complete into a group consolidation process\nDemonstrated ownership of the full entity reporting cycle across a multi-entity portfolio - close, group reporting submission, statutory financial statements and external audit with a consistent record of clean, on-time delivery\nProven leadership experience, including managing, reviewing and developing a finance team\n Strong problem-solving skills and sound commercial judgement - able to operate with limited precedent and reach defensible conclusions under time pressure\nProficient in Microsoft Excel;
