Team Management & Project Coordination\n Oversee the overall management and daily operations of the video production team.\n Plan and optimize workflows to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.\n Establish and enforce video content standards to maintain consistency with brand identity.\nb. Creative Direction & Aesthetic Control\n Contribute to project ideation, providing strong visual direction.\n Ensure all content demonstrates high-level aesthetics and creative expression.\n Propose innovative video storytelling approaches aligned with brand positioning.\nc. 3D & AI Integration\n Lead the team in producing high-quality 3D animation and visual effects.\n Proficient in 3D animation/VFX pipelines (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).\n Apply AI-powered tools to improve efficiency in design, video generation, and post-production.\nd. Production Execution & On-Site Guidance\n Provide on-set direction across scene setup, lighting, and camera movements.\n Oversee the entire production process from shooting to final delivery.\ne. Quality Control & Delivery\n Ensure the highest standard of production quality across all deliverables.\n Optimize video formats and performance across platforms (social media, website, events, etc.).\nWhat you'll need\nBachelor’s degree or above in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.\n 5+ years of video production experience, including at least 2 years in team leadership.\n Deep knowledge of the full video production process.\n Proficient in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Premiere Pro, and other professional tools.\n Strong experience in 3D animation and VFX;
