For more information, visit www.bitgo.com.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Product Manager to join our Tokenization & Stablecoin Infrastructure team and drive the products that let institutions issue, mint, redeem, custody, and move stablecoins and tokenized real-world assets. You will work closely with stablecoin issuers, asset managers, banks, and token foundations, along with engineering, compliance, legal, and go-to-market teams, to bring new issuers and assets onto BitGo's regulated infrastructure.\nThis is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving, ambiguous space where regulation, market structure, and technology are evolving together. You will own the roadmap, shape strategy, and see products through from first customer conversation to launch and scale.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the roadmap, strategy, and execution for BitGo's tokenization and stablecoin infrastructure, including mint/burn and redemption flows, issuance workflows, reserve and settlement integrations, and tokenized asset lifecycle management.\nLead and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and operations and compliance partners to build institutional-grade solutions.\nScope and ship new issuer and asset integrations end to end: write PRDs, define order, fee, and settlement flows, align on custody and security models, and drive launch readiness.\nPartner with stablecoin issuers, tokenized fund and asset managers, banks, and ecosystem and blockchain foundations to understand needs, shape partnerships, and turn them into scalable product capabilities rather than one-off builds.\nWork with compliance, legal, and risk teams to make sure every product meets regulatory, security, and licensing requirements across jurisdictions.\nEvaluate new chains, token standards, and market-structure developments (for example, tokenized securities, tokenized deposits, and onchain settlement) and turn them into a clear point of view and prioritized opportunities.\nDefine and track success metrics such as issuer onboarding time, volumes, revenue, and reliability, and iterate based on data and client feedback.\nWork with GTM, sales, and client success teams on positioning, pricing, and client enablement, and act as a trusted product partner to key clients.\nMentor junior PMs and help raise the bar for product craft within the team.\nWho Would Be a Great Fit\n5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure, with a record of shipping B2B or institutional products.\nStrong working knowledge of crypto and blockchain: token standards and mechanics, multiple L1/L2 ecosystems, wallets and custody, and onchain settlement.\nUnderstanding of stablecoin and tokenization models: issuance, mint/burn and redemption, reserves, fiat on/off-ramps, and how tokenized funds, securities, or deposits work.\nFamiliarity with the regulatory landscape for stablecoins and digital assets (such as GENIUS Act, MiCA, and trust-bank or custody regulation) and the ability to work through it with legal and compliance partners.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to coordinate engineering, business, and external partners and to build consensus in ambiguous areas.\nStrong written and verbal communication, with the ability to write clear PRDs and explain complex technical or regulatory topics to executives and clients.\nComfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing several projects with different priorities and a hands-on approach to execution.\nPrior startup or scale-up experience, showing adaptability, ownership, and sound judgment.\nNice to Have\nExperience in traditional finance, capital markets, asset management, or banking infrastructure (custody, settlement, transfer agency).\nHands-on exposure to institutional tokenization networks or permissioned chains.\nTechnical background or comfort reading APIs, smart contracts, and architecture docs.\nExperience with enterprise partnerships and client-facing product work.\nWhy Join BitGo?\nDisrupting an industry takes vision, innovation, passion, technical chops, drive to deliver, collaboration, and execution.
