For more information, visit www.bitgo.com.\nThis role will require being full-time onsite at either our Palo Alto or San Francisco offices to support collaborative team dynamics and innovative problem-solving.\nContract Role - 6 months\nAbout the Role:\nWe are seeking a highly organized and execution-oriented Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in San Francisco or Palo Alto on a 6-month contract. This role will support hiring across the organization, with a primary focus on G&A roles.\nThe ideal candidate will be a strong sourcer and recruiter who can quickly understand hiring needs, identify high-quality candidates, drive outreach, and efficiently schedule interviews. You will partner closely with hiring managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team to keep searches moving and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nRecruiting & Sourcing:\nSource and identify qualified candidates across G&A and other business functions using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and other recruiting tools.\nBuild targeted candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.\nConduct initial candidate screens and assess candidates against role requirements.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.\nMaintain accurate candidate activity, notes, and pipeline data in Greenhouse.\nSupport recruiting across a range of functions as business needs evolve.\nCandidate & Interview Coordination:\nOwn interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches and stakeholders.\nEnsure candidates receive a timely, organized, and positive interview experience.\nCoordinate with hiring managers and interviewers to keep processes moving efficiently.\nCommunicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process and provide timely updates.\nSupport offer and closing processes as needed.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nExperience & Qualifications:\n2-10 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-paced technology, fintech, financial services, or high-growth environment.\nStrong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to identify and engage qualified candidates.\nStrong ability to manage interview scheduling and coordination across multiple searches.\nExperience recruiting for G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Compliance, and other corporate teams.\nExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Juicebox, or similar recruiting and ATS platforms.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nHighly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.\nLeadership & Operating Style:\nHighly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.\nStrong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent relationship builder who can work effectively with candidates and hiring managers.\nDetail-oriented and disciplined in managing recruiting processes.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced and changing environment.\nTeam-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.\nPassionate about recruiting and building high-performing teams.\nNice to Have:\nExperience recruiting within fintech, financial services, crypto, or digital assets.\nExperience supporting high-volume or multiple concurrent searches.\nExperience recruiting for senior-level G&A positions.\nExperience working in Greenhouse.\nExisting sourcing strategies and strong ability to build pipelines quickly.\nWhy Join BitGo?\nDisrupting an industry takes vision, innovation, passion, technical chops, drive to deliver, collaboration, and execution.
