engineering standards, governance, and technical direction for distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native technologies.\n\nMonitor engineering performance through key metrics such as system reliability, deployment frequency, incident response, software quality, and engineering productivity.\n\nLead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure platform stability and resilience.\n\nManage engineering resource planning, budgeting, hiring, organizational design, performance management, and succession planning.\n\nStay current with emerging technologies, blockchain innovations, digital asset trends, and trading system advancements to drive continuous innovation.\n\nQualifications.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years leading engineering managers and large engineering organizations.\n\nProven experience building and operating large-scale, high-throughput, mission-critical distributed systems.\n\nStrong knowledge of trading systems, exchange platforms, order lifecycle, matching engines, market data, real-time messaging, and API platforms.\n\nSolid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, digital assets, wallet infrastructure, custody, and exchange operations.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Kubernetes, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software architecture.\n\nStrong technical background in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and high-availability platform design.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.\n\nExperience in fintech, capital markets, cryptocurrency exchanges, brokerage platforms,
