This role helps lead and develop store teams, supports operational processes, and contributes to achieving sales and business goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, customer service, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport and uphold cabi’s core values and brand standards\nDeliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized sales and client engagement\nAssist in tracking daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales goals\nSupport the development and execution of action plans to meet or exceed store performance goals\nBuild customer relationships through active clienteling and engagement programs\nAssist with creating and executing marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives\nSupport recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of store employees\nPromote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment\nAssist with merchandising and visual presentation according to company standards\nMaintain a strong presence on the sales floor while supporting team development and customer service\nAssist with inventory management, shipment processing, and stock organization\nHelp maintain store records, banking, petty cash, and operational procedures\nEnsure store cleanliness, maintenance, and operational standards are consistently met\nCommunicate effectively with management, team members, and company partners\nMaintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed\nPerform additional duties as assigned\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nSupervise key carriers and part-time sales associates while serving as Manager on Duty\nSupport employee coaching, performance management, and training in accordance with company policies and applicable laws\nQualifications\nPrevious experience as a retail supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role\nStrong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills\nExperience coaching, training, and developing employees\nAbility to analyze sales data and KPI performance\nProficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, and Word\nStrong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities\nProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset\nEducation & Experience\nAssociate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience\n2-3 years of retail leadership experience preferred\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment\nRegularly required to stand, walk, sit, speak, hear, and use hands to operate retail and computer equipment\nMay occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds\nMay be required to use ladders or step stools\nRetail environment with moderate noise levels and varying customer traffic throughout the day\nJoining cabi means more than stepping into a role-it’s stepping into a mission.
