This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leader who enjoys coaching others, building customer relationships, and contributing to a positive and engaging store culture.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, and achieve store goals. You'll be a hands-on leader who inspires excellence, fosters customer loyalty, and helps bring the cabi brand to life.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized styling, client engagement, and relationship-building\nSupport sales growth by helping achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and key metrics\nAssist in developing and executing action plans that drive store performance and profitability\nBuild lasting customer relationships through active clienteling and outreach initiatives\nSupport local marketing efforts and community engagement opportunities\nHelp recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop store team members\nFoster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment\nEnsure visual merchandising and store presentation align with cabi brand standards\nMaintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor while supporting customers and team members\nAssist with inventory management, shipment processing, stock organization, and operational procedures\nSupport cash handling, store records, banking procedures, and overall operational compliance\nMaintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence\nServe as Manager on Duty when needed and provide leadership support to the team\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious experience as an Assistant Store Manager, retail supervisor, or similar leadership role\nPassion for fashion, customer service, and team development\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills\nProven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees\nExperience analyzing sales performance and key business metrics\nProficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications\nStrong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities\nDependable, professional, and adaptable in a dynamic retail environment\nFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require\nQualifications\nAssociate degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience\n2-3 years of retail leadership experience preferred\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for extended periods\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed\nComfortable using ladders or step stools\nAbility to work in a retail environment with varying customer traffic and activity levels\n\nJoining cabi means more than stepping into a role-it’s stepping into a mission.
