Diversity in all its forms is encouraged and celebrated; everyone has a role to play in helping us shape the future of video.\nWhy us?\nBitmovin is looking for a Customer Technical Account Manager to become the trusted technical advisor to leading Media & Entertainment OTT customers across the Middle East region, operating within Bitmovin's global GTM and partner framework to execute regional initiatives aligned to overall revenue objectives.\nThis is an opportunity that offers:\nCustomer Ownership: Act as the primary commercial and technical point of contact for strategic OTT customers in the Middle East.\nTechnical Depth: Work hands-on with technical stakeholders advising on OTT workflows, solution options, and product integration.\nCommercial Impact: Drive product adoption resulting in upsell, cross-sell, expansion, and new customer opportunities.\nRegional Influence: Collaborate with global and local partners to maximize customer value and market growth, supported by our global solutions engineering and product teams.\nWhat you’ll do:\nYou will make an impact that matters by:\nServing as the primary technical advisor and internal Bitmovin advocate for assigned Media & Entertainment OTT customers in the Middle East and key regional accounts.\nEngaging stakeholders from engineers to C-level executives - diving deep into APIs and integrations while clearly articulating business impact and ROI.\nDriving product adoption and successful onboarding of cloud streaming services.\nIdentifying and executing upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to grow existing customer revenue.\nIdentifying and pursuing new logo opportunities within similar Media & Entertainment accounts.\nLeading or supporting integration projects, ensuring smooth implementation aligned with customer workflows.\nTroubleshooting streaming workflows, encoding pipelines, and delivery performance issues.\nProviding best-practice guidance on OTT architectures including live streaming, VOD, CDN integration, DRM, analytics, and API-based automation.\nCollaborating with Product, Support, and Global Partner teams to resolve issues and unlock additional customer value.\nWorking with global and local partners to maximize customer success and regional growth opportunities.\nMonitoring customer health metrics and proactively mitigating risks to retention and revenue growth.\nAdvocating customer needs internally, influencing product roadmap and feature prioritization.\nWhat is it like to be a part of this team?\nYou'll sit at the intersection of technology, business value, and revenue growth - working alongside global solutions engineering, product, and partner teams while owning your regional book of business directly. It's a role for someone who is naturally curious, comfortable moving between deep technical conversations and commercial ones, and motivated to combine technical engagement with regional influence. \nWhat can you bring\nMust-Have Experience:\n\nExperience in technical account management, customer success, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.\nExperience within OTT, cloud streaming, or media delivery platforms (live, VOD, SaaS) in the Media & Entertainment sector.\nHands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and streaming technologies.\nStrong understanding of streaming protocols (HLS, DASH, CMAF), DRM, CDN architectures, and video analytics.\nExperience with APIs, integrations, and supporting customer implementation projects.\nProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Global Partner teams to resolve technical challenges.\nExperience identifying and working with local partners to drive regional growth.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive audiences, and confidence engaging both engineering teams and C-level stakeholders.\nFluency in English. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus but not required - equivalent hands-on experience is equally valued.\n\nNice-to-Have:\nArabic language skills, for engaging regional stakeholders.\nExperience working with video processing, content delivery, and video streaming platforms.\nFamiliarity with video playback QoE / QoS analytics such as Conviva, Mux, Youbora, or similar solutions.\nScripting or automation skills (Python, Bash).\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies and SaaS customer success practices.\nCurrent AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or Oracle Cloud \"Professional\" cloud certification (Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, Cloud Developer, etc.), or \"Associate\" level certification with the ability to earn a \"Professional\" certification within 6 months.\nYou don’t have experience with all the points above?
