You'll play a key role in enabling the revenue team to succeed through technology support and training. You'll have the opportunity to develop professionally in data hygiene and management, sales tool administration, report building, and sales training and enablement - while having a real impact on Bitmovin's success as an organization.\nWhat’s in it for you:\nReal World Experience: Gain hands-on exposure to the systems and processes that keep a global revenue team running.\nMentorship and Growth: Build expertise in sales tool administration, data management, and reporting while working closely with the Head of Revenue Operations and Senior Revenue Operations Specialists.\nOwnership: Take on work with real deadlines and real consequences - commission cycles and performance reviews don't run on a trial basis.\nCareer Development: Build a resume spanning revenue operations, sales operations, and AI-assisted workflow design.\nWhat you will do:\nData Hygiene & Management\nImport new Org IDs into Salesforce on a daily-to-weekly rhythm.\nWork through data hygiene in Salesforce and Apollo: duplicate records, outdated job titles, missing fields. Unglamorous, and everything else depends on it.\nAI-Assisted Workflows\nUse tools like Claude for research, drafting, checking data, and automating repetitive parts of the work.\nExperiment with what works and turn good ideas into repeatable workflows the rest of the revenue team can use.\nSales Enablement & Process Support\nHelp run the commission and performance review processes, which run on a fixed cycle and involve confidential documents going out to named people.\nPrepare and distribute these documents, check the numbers, and keep everything on deadline.\nWhat can you bring:\nExcitement for a fast-paced, evolving environment and a “go and get it” attitude.\nA hunger to learn and master cutting-edge sales tools to your advantage.\nExcellent communication skills.\nPassion for technology and aptitude to learn new technologies.\nNice to have but not required:\nSales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations experience.\nExperience working in Salesforce, DealHub, LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar technologies.\nExperience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).\nDon’t worry if you don’t tick every box.
