discussions and decisions identifying opportunities for system improvements and modernization.\nMentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.\nStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends technologies and security best practices in blockchain and fintech.\n\nQualifications: \nRequired Skills and Experience:\n3-5 years of professional software development experience.\nStrong proficiency in Ruby on Rails:\nIn-depth understanding of the Rails framework MVC architecture ActiveRecord and RESTful design.\nExperience with Ruby programming language its syntax object-oriented principles and common libraries.\nSolid understanding of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) and SQL.\nStrong proficiency in Java:\nExcellent command of Core Java including OOP principles data structures and algorithms.\nExperience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security etc.).\nExperience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.\nFamiliarity with Java build tools (Maven Gradle).\nKnowledge of Java testing frameworks (JUnit Mockito).\nExperience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.\nProficiency with version control systems (Git).\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).\nStrong problem-solving analytical and debugging skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nNice to Have:\nExperience working in the cryptocurrency blockchain or fintech industry.\nExperience with background jobs (Sidekiq Resque)\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).\nExperience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes).\nKnowledge of message queues (Kafka RabbitMQ).\nUnderstanding of security best practices in software development (e.g. OWASP Top 10).\nExperience with front-end technologies (JavaScript HTML CSS React/Vue/Angular) is a plus.\nEducation:\nBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.\n\nRemote
