testing to verify bug fixes and ensure no new issues are introduced\nParticipate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives\nAnalyze test results and provide detailed feedback to the development team\nContinuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing\n\nQualifications: \nBachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field\n5 years of experience in software quality assurance\nStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices\nProficiency in test case design execution and defect reporting\nExperience with automation testing tools such as Selenium and JUnit\nFamiliarity with SQL and database concepts for testing data-driven applications\nWorking knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python\nHands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA and TestRail\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities\nExperience with Agile development methodologies\nISTQB certification is
