towards.\nOwn the support processes (Incident, Request and Knowledge management) including its tools.\nQualifications:\n3-5 years of experience in digital area, customer service or helpdesk.\nProven experience in managing a team and leadership skills.\nExcellent command of written and spoken English.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nComputer literacy, familiarity of Microsoft Office apps.\nUniversity degree in related field or equivalent gained through working experience.\nPersonality requirements:\nStrongly customer oriented, service and business minded.\nEagerness to learn new things and technologies, curious mindset.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities, well-organised and systematic.\nPro-active & result driven approach.\nAbility to present for various
