What you've built matters more than the logo on your resume.\nYou ship. You have a prototype, side project, agent, app, or hack you can show us. Built with AI tools? Even better.\nYou write well. Crisp PRDs, crisp Slack messages, crisp customer replies. This is non-negotiable.\nYou're addicted to customer conversations. You'd rather get on a call with a user than sit in a planning meeting.\nYou're obsessed with AI. You've tried every model, every tool, every agent framework. You have opinions.\nYou're fast.
