Learn more at bitwarden.com. \nAs we establish our India Engineering Center of Excellence (COE), we are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer in Quality at Bitwarden, you will contribute directly to the future of the Bitwarden product across mobile, web and server components while working with a great team and amazing open source community. We’re looking for someone who can help our team grow confidently by creating a suite of automated tests, help facilitate a total quality approach to software development and delivery, as well as establish guidelines and processes around the testing of community and internal product contributions.\nWHAT WILL YOU DO\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using C# and Selenium/Appium frameworks.\nDesign and implement robust test automation frameworks to support various application types, ensuring scalability, reusability, and maintainability.\nCollaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and automate test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.\nConduct code reviews of test automation scripts to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainability.\nExecute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to provide updates on test automation progress, discuss blockers, and plan testing activities for upcoming sprints.\nIdentify and implement opportunities for test automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual testing efforts, and increase test coverage.\nContribute to the continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipeline by integrating automated tests and ensuring their successful execution in build pipelines.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues in different application environments.\nStay updated with the latest automation trends and technologies to continuously improve test automation strategies and practices.\nDocument test automation frameworks and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure maintainability.\nProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on test automation best practices, coding standards, and frameworks.\nWHAT YOU BRING TO BITWARDEN\nStrong proficiency in C# programming\nExperience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines\nExperience with remote testing using tools such as Sauce Labs, Browser Stack, etc\nSolid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies of 4-6 years\nExperience with AI and machine learning (nice to have)\nCollaborative and adaptable mindset\nOpenness and authenticity combined with excellent communication skills\nExcitement and enthusiasm for open source and for better internet security \nExcellent problem-solving skills - you might not know all the answers, but you know how to find and communicate the solution\nWHY WORK WITH US\nOur user community loves us and we love them.
