Apply today and receive an additional sign-on bonus of $500+ after your first 90 days!\nOBJECTIVES\nAchieve and exceed weekly sales targets set.\nMake a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients daily.\nAdhere to the sales presentation script to achieve a one call close.\nUnderstand client needs and present appropriate digital marketing solutions.\nAccurately process leads/sales activities in CRM software.\nProvide excellent customer service to prospects and existing clients.\nFollow up with leads and convert them into sales.\nCollaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies and processes.\nAttend sales training and development programs.\nComplete orders by entering customer details by use of electronic equipment.\nPerforms additional duties as assigned.\nCOMPETENCIES\nMust be a closer and excellent cold-calling skills.\nClearly articulate the value proposition of our products or services to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.\nAttentively understand customer concerns and needs.\nBasic understanding of company products and services.\nFollow scripted guidelines while maintaining a natural conversation.\nManage call volume and adhere to schedules.\nIdentify and escalate common customer issues.\nAccurate recording of customer information in CRM systems.\nDisplay empathy and professionalism in interactions.\nFollowing the company's attendance policy is crucial to successfully fulfill the expectations of this role.\nBasic computer skills and ability to effectively utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\n1+ years of experience with phone sales, selling B2B solutions in a high-volume environment.\n1+ years of experience with CRM tools, Navigating on Google and related search engines.
