Our solutions include CCTV surveillance, access control, structured cabling, network infrastructure, digital signage and other integrated technology systems.\nWe work with commercial clients, retail outlets, offices and multi-site customers to deliver reliable technology solutions from project planning and implementation to handover and ongoing support.\nWe are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Project Manager to oversee project execution, coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, manage customer expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Project Planning and Execution\nPlan, coordinate and manage projects from site survey and planning through installation, testing, commissioning and final handover.\n\nDevelop project schedules, manpower plans and installation timelines.\n\nMonitor project progress and proactively resolve site, technical and scheduling issues.\n\nEnsure project deliverables meet the agreed scope, specifications and customer requirements.\n\n2. Team and Subcontractor Management\nCoordinate project engineers, installers, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.\n\nAllocate manpower and resources effectively across multiple projects.\n\nEnsure installation teams follow approved drawings, work instructions, site safety requirements and company procedures.\n\nConduct site inspections and monitor installation quality and productivity.\n\n3. Customer and Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.\n\nCoordinate site meetings, progress updates, technical discussions and project schedules with customers and main contractors.\n\nManage customer expectations and communicate project risks, delays and variations promptly.\n\nCoordinate with the sales team on project scope, quotations, variations and additional work requirements.\n\n4. Cost, Budget and Project Performance\nMonitor project costs, labour utilisation, material usage and subcontractor expenses.\n\nEnsure projects achieve the company's gross profit and financial targets.\n\nIdentify scope changes and additional works, ensuring proper approval and quotation before execution.\n\nMinimise rework, unnecessary site visits, material wastage and avoidable project costs.\n\n5. Documentation and Handover\nPrepare and maintain project schedules, site reports, method statements, risk assessments and other required documentation.\n\nEnsure proper testing, commissioning, as-built drawings, equipment records and customer sign-off.\n\nCoordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth handover for maintenance and after-sales support.\n\nProvide regular project status reports to management, including progress, outstanding issues, manpower requirements and financial performance.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in systems integration, ELV, security systems, networking or building technology.\n\nExperience managing CCTV, access control, structured cabling, network infrastructure or other ELV projects will be an advantage.\n\nGood understanding of project scheduling, site coordination, installation practices and commissioning procedures.\n\nStrong communication, coordination, problem-solving and leadership skills.\n\nAble to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently with minimal supervision.\n\nCommercially minded, with the ability to manage project costs, manpower efficiency and profitability.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and project documentation.\n\nWilling to attend site meetings and support after-hours work when project requirements arise.\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary based on experience and
