Our mission is to build proactive applications and devices that bring intelligence into daily conversations, coordination and workflows, with minimal prompting.\nFocus: Making the Android OS / custom ROM work correctly with the actual physical phone hardware.\nThis is different from conventional Android application development.\nResponsibilities\nIntegrate AOSP / custom ROM with the selected device hardware.\n\nWork with Board Support Packages (BSPs).\n\nIntegrate vendor-specific Hardware Abstraction Layers (HALs).\n\nWork with firmware and device drivers.\n\nSupport device bring-up and boot processes.\n\nIntegrate camera, microphone, speakers, sensors, modem, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.\n\nTroubleshoot hardware and firmware compatibility issues.\n\nWork with ODM/OEM and chipset vendors.\n\nOptimize power consumption and hardware performance.\n\nRequirements\nExperience with Android platform, BSP or embedded Linux development.\n\nUnderstanding of Android HAL and hardware integration.\n\nC / C++ knowledge.\n\nUnderstanding of Linux kernel and device drivers.
