observability and tracing for agent execution.\n\nOptimize latency, reliability and inference costs.\n\nWork with context and memory components to provide relevant information to agents.\n\nRequirements\nStrong backend engineering experience.\n\nExperience with distributed systems and asynchronous workflows.\n\nExperience integrating LLMs into production applications.\n\nStrong API and service architecture knowledge.\n\nExperience with queues, state management and observability.\n\nGood understanding of tool calling and structured outputs.\n\nNice to have\nProduction agent framework or custom agent runtime experience.\n\nExperience with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration systems.\n\nExperience with model routing and inference optimization.\n\nExperience with AI evaluation and
