Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few.\nIf you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for Android Developer to build the native Android experience for BJAK's AI Neobank App.\nThis role is for someone who cares about clean user flows, fast performance, product quality and shipping reliable mobile features used by real customers.\nWhat Will You Build\nBuild and ship native Android features for onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards and AI-assisted user journeys.\n\nTurn complex financial flows into simple, fast and reliable mobile experiences.\n\nWork closely with product, design, backend and AI engineers to take features from idea to production.\n\nOwn app quality across performance, crash rate, loading states, edge cases and release stability.\n\nUse production feedback, analytics and customer behaviour to improve what you build after launch.\n\nIntegrate APIs, authentication, secure data handling and financial workflows with strong attention to reliability.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong native Android experience using Kotlin.\n\nExperience shipping Android apps used by real users.\n\nGood understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow and modern Android development.\n\nStrong product sense and care for UX, not just screens and tickets.\n\nAble to debug production issues and improve performance, reliability and app quality.\n\nComfortable working with ambiguity and moving fast without lowering the bar.\n\nThe Bar\nWe are looking for engineers with real technology career highlights.
