You will own problems end-to-end, from shaping model behavior, to building the systems around it, to ensuring it performs reliably in production.\nThis role sits at the intersection of machine learning, systems, and product, focusing on making AI actually work for users, not just in demos, but in real-world usage.\nFocus\nBuild and ship AI features end-to-end (model → system → user experience)\n\nDesign and iterate on prompts, tools, memory, and agent workflows\n\nTurn raw model outputs into structured, reliable, and predictable behaviors\n\nDebug issues across the full stack (model, orchestration, infra, UX)\n\nOptimize for latency, cost, and production reliability\n\nDevelop lightweight evaluation frameworks to measure real-world performance\n\nWork closely with product and engineering to translate ambiguous problems into working systems\n\nTech Stack\nPython\n\nPyTorch / JAX\n\nLLMs (OpenAI-style APIs, LLaMA, Qwen, etc.)\n\nInference / serving (e.g. vLLM)\n\nVector DB\n\nIdeal Experience\nStrong foundation in machine learning and modern neural network architectures.\n\nHands-on experience with training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models\n\nAbility to write clean, production-quality code\n\nComfort working across abstraction layers (model → infra → product)\n\nStrong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments\n\nBias toward shipping, iteration, and continuous improvement\n\nOutcomes\nML models in production meet expected accuracy, latency, and reliability targets.\n\nProduction issues are identified quickly, debugged effectively, and root causes addressed.\n\nData pipelines, training loops, and inference systems are robust, reproducible, and maintainable.\n\nCollaborates effectively with engineers, product, and research teams to deliver reliable ML-powered features.\n\nIterations on models and systems are driven by real-world signals and measurable improvements.\n\nHow We Work\nThe best products today in the world were built by small, world class teams.
