We need builders who can use AI to automate real workflows, improve products, reduce manual work and make financial services easier for users and teams.\nWhat You'll Own\nBuild AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents and automation systems.\n\nApply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations and internal tools.\n\nWork with product and engineering teams to turn manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.\n\nBuild integrations with LLMs, internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases and business systems.\n\nDesign evaluation, monitoring and fallback flows so AI outputs are useful, safe and reliable.\n\nPrototype quickly, test with users or operators, then productionize what works.\n\nImprove speed, quality and consistency across workflows using AI where it creates real business value.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.\n\nHands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, workflow automation or AI tools.\n\nAble to connect AI systems with real product, data and operational workflows.\n\nGood judgement on where AI helps and where rule-based systems or human review are better.\n\nUnderstands evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy and failure modes.\n\nFast builder who can prototype, test and ship practical systems.\n\nExperience in fintech, insurance, support automation, CRM or operations automation is a strong advantage.\n\nThe Kind of Builder We Want\nPractical AI builder, not just a prompt experimenter.\n\nThinks in workflows, systems and measurable quality.\n\nCan build quickly but still cares about guardrails and reliability.\n\nComfortable working with messy real-world data and processes.\n\nHonest about what AI can and cannot do.\n\nThis Role Is Not For\nPeople who only want research projects with no production ownership.\n\nCandidates who treat AI as demos instead of working systems.\n\nEngineers who do not care about evaluation, reliability or user impact.\n\nPeople who overclaim AI impact without evidence.\n\nBuilders who cannot work with product, ops and business teams.\n\nLocation\nThis role is remote, but candidates must be based in Austria. We are hiring specifically for this market, so applicants should already be based in Austria.\nLanguage\nEnglish is our main working language across global teams.
