We need builders who can use AI to automate real workflows, improve products, reduce manual work and make financial services easier for users and teams.\nWhat You Will Build\nBuild AI agents, workflows, tools and automations that solve real customer, product and operations problems.\n\nApply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails and automation to practical financial workflows.\n\nCreate AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling and product intelligence.\n\nWork with product and engineering teams to identify what is worth building, then build it quickly and improve it in production.\n\nDesign around real constraints: accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance and user trust.\n\nTurn manual processes into reliable AI-enabled systems that can scale.\n\nWhat We Look For\nHands-on engineering ability, not just AI strategy or management experience.\n\nExperience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots or AI-enabled tools.\n\nStrong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript or similar practical stack.\n\nGood judgement on what should be automated and what should not.\n\nAble to ship working systems, test quality and improve reliability over time.\n\nFintech, banking, support automation, risk, KYC, fraud, CRM or operations automation experience is a strong plus.\n\nThis Role Is Not For\nPeople who only want research projects with no production ownership.\n\nCandidates who treat AI as demos instead of working systems.\n\nEngineers who do not care about evaluation, reliability or user impact.\n\nPeople who overclaim AI impact without evidence.\n\nBuilders who cannot work with product, ops and business teams.\n\nThe Bar\nWe are looking for engineers with real technology career highlights.
