We believe products will greatly reduce hallucinations.\nOur objective is to organise anyone's life, allowing us all to spend time on valuable and meaningful things.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Communications Associate who can help shape how ActAI is introduced to the world.\nYou will develop our external narrative, work closely with founders and leadership, build relationships with global media, and ensure every public communication reflects the quality and ambition of the company.\nThis is a hands-on role. You'll be writing, editing, pitching stories, preparing announcements and working directly with senior leaders on communications strategy.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nDevelop and execute ActAI's global communications strategy.\n\nBuild relationships with technology, business and mainstream media.\n\nDevelop media angles and proactively secure high-quality press coverage.\n\nWrite and edit press releases, announcements, company updates and executive communications.\n\nShape company messaging, positioning and product narratives.\n\nPrepare founders and executives for media interviews, conferences and public appearances.\n\nDevelop communication plans around product launches, partnerships and major company milestones.\n\nMonitor media coverage and identify opportunities to strengthen A1's brand.\n\nWork closely with product, recruiting and leadership teams to ensure consistent external messaging.\n\nSupport crisis communications and reputation management when required.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nExperience in PR, corporate communications or media relations within technology companies.\n\nExceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to explain complex products clearly.\n\nStrong relationships with technology and business journalists.\n\nExperience managing communications for product launches or major announcements.\n\nExcellent judgement and ability to develop compelling narratives.\n\nComfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.\n\nAble to operate independently in a fast-moving environment with minimal direction.\n\nStrong attention to detail and high standards for quality.\n\nHow We Work\nThe best products in the world are built by small, highly capable teams.
