The net effect is to eliminate misinformation, achieve low coordination costs, enable high quality tasks and collaboration at scale with minimal or little prompting.\nAbout the Role\nYou will be responsible for building and running the operational infrastructure behind A1.\nThis includes setting up new offices and entities, implementing payroll and local operations, managing vendors, supporting recruiting operations, and ensuring the company can execute efficiently as it scales.\nYou will be responsible for operational execution across markets.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nLead business operations across multiple countries.\n\nManage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners.\n\nOversee office setup, entity incorporation, and market launches.\n\nOversee payroll implementation and local operational requirements.\n\nManage external vendors and service providers.\n\nSupport recruiting operations, recruiter onboarding, and hiring activities.\n\nPlan and execute company events, offsites, and operational logistics.\n\nTrack key initiatives and ensure actions are completed on time.\n\nImprove processes where needed to increase speed and reliability.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nExperience in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or similar roles.\n\nExperience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.\n\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.\n\nComfortable working across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions.\n\nAble to identify problems, make decisions, and drive execution independently.\n\nHigh ownership and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.\n\nHow We Work\nThe best products in the world are built by small, highly capable teams.\nWe operate with high talent density, high ownership and high standards.
