You'll create intuitive user experiences that help customers and internal teams manage quotations, policy issuance, claims and other insurance workflows.\nWhat they'll actually do\nBuild the multi-step question forms customers fill in to get a quote\n\nBuild the results and comparison pages where customers see and compare quotes\n\nBuild the marketing/landing pages\n\nMust-have skills\nStrong React experience; ideally Next.js specifically\n\nExperience building multi-step forms with validation\n\nExperience building pages that need to load fast and rank well in search (SEO-aware development)\n\nAwareness of accessibility standards (WCAG) - building it in from the start, not bolting it on later\n\nStrong nice-to-haves\nExperience in e-commerce, comparison, or marketplace websites\n\nExperience working from a design system / component library\n\nExperience in a regulated or compliance-heavy industry\n\nExperience embedding web analytics\n\nThe Bar\nWe are looking for engineers with real technology career highlights.
