Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few.\nIf you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for full stack engineers to build fast across BJAK's AI Finance Agent.\nThis role is for product-minded engineers who can move across frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys to turn ideas into working products quickly.\nWhat You'll Own\nBuild customer-facing and internal product features end to end.\n\nDevelop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards and operational systems.\n\nSupport products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and financial services.\n\nWork with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch fast.\n\nIntegrate APIs, handle data flows and improve production reliability.\n\nUse analytics, feedback and production issues to improve features after launch.\n\nHelp build tools that reduce manual work and improve speed across the business.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of full stack software engineering experience.\n\nStrong frontend and backend fundamentals.\n\nExperience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems.\n\nAble to build useful products quickly without needing perfect specs.\n\nGood product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail.\n\nComfortable debugging across the stack.\n\nExperience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms is a strong advantage.\n\nThe Kind of Builder We Want\nCan turn rough requirements into working product.\n\nThinks about user flow, backend logic and business process together.\n\nMoves fast while keeping systems maintainable.\n\nTakes ownership from build to launch to post-launch fixes.\n\nClear about what they personally built and what was team-owned.\n\nThis Role Is Not For\nEngineers who only want to work on one narrow layer.\n\nPeople who need complete specs before starting.\n\nDevelopers who ship UI without understanding backend or operations impact.\n\nCandidates who avoid production support.\n\nPeople who make vague claims without showing real shipped work.\n\nLocation\nThis role is remote, but candidates must be based in Austria. We are hiring for this market specifically, so applicants should already be based in Austria.\nLanguage\nEnglish is our main working language across global teams.
