Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few.\nIf you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide day-to-day IT support to employees for PC and laptop-related issues\n\nTroubleshoot common hardware and software problems (Windows / macOS)\n\nPerform laptop and PC setup, reset, reformatting, and device handover\n\nSupport new joiner onboarding, including:\nLaptop and device setup\n\nLark account creation and access support\n\nAssist with IT asset management, including:\nTracking laptops and PCs in use\n\nCleaning up, formatting, and preparing unused devices\n\nMaintain basic IT housekeeping to ensure devices are organised and ready for use\n\nRespond to IT support requests in a timely and professional manner\n\nEscalate more complex issues when required\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields\n\nExperience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles\n\nComfortable supporting PCs and laptops (Windows and/or macOS)\n\nExperience with:\nDevice setup, reset, and reformatting\n\nBasic software and hardware troubleshooting\n\nFamiliar with collaboration tools and user account setup (experience with Lark is a plus)\n\nOrganized, hands-on, and willing to support day-to-day operational needs\n\nGood communication skills and patience when assisting non-technical users\n\nGood to Have\nExperience supporting fast-growing or startup environments\n\nBasic understanding of IT inventory or asset management\n\nExposure to onboarding/offboarding IT processes\n\nFamiliarity with basic IT documentation\n\nBenefits\nDo something meaningful -
