This role demands strong communication, data-driven thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\n1. KOL & Influencer Management\nIdentify, evaluate, and shortlist KOLs/influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.\n\nSource, brief, negotiate, onboard, and manage influencers based on campaign objectives.\n\nOversee end-to-end campaign execution including timelines, approvals, content reviews, and KPI alignment.\n\nMaintain influencer relationship databases, track deliverables, and nurture long-term partnerships.\n\n2. Affiliate Program Management\nDevelop and maintain affiliate partnerships (e-commerce platforms, bloggers, brand ambassadors).\n\nTrack affiliate performance and optimize based on metrics such as CTR, conversions, and revenue.\n\n3. Strategy & Trend Insights\nStay updated on social trends, platform updates, and KOL best practices.\n\nRecommend new content ideas and campaign strategies to enhance engagement and ROI.\n\n4. Analytics & Reporting\nAnalyze campaign and affiliate performance: reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROI.\n\nPrepare monthly reports and insights to improve future campaigns.\n\n5. Cross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure campaign alignment.\n\nManage budgets, influencer contracts, and vendor relationships.\n\n6. Campaign Execution & Admin\nCoordinate product seeding, logistics, briefings, timelines, and approval flows.\n\nEnsure compliance with advertising standards (#ad, disclosures, and platform regulations).\n\nThe Right Fit Has…\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of execution.\n\n3+ years of experience in Social Media, KOL/Influencer Marketing, or similar roles, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.\n\nDeep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, influencer landscape, and content trends.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong analytical skills with experience in influencer or social analytics tools to track performance and measure ROI.\n\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under tight deadlines.\n\nCreative thinker with storytelling ability and an eye for engaging content.\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n\nLocation\nThis role is based in Malaysia.
