You will build and improve HR processes, manage global HR operations, and work with local partners and vendors to ensure a consistent employee experience across different markets.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nOwn HR operations across the global employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding\n\nBuild and improve HR processes, policies, and SOPs that can scale across multiple countries\n\nOversee global HR systems, employee records, reporting, and data governance\n\nManage payroll coordination, benefits administration, employment documentation, and statutory compliance with local partners and EOR providers where applicable\n\nEnsure HR operations remain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready across all locations\n\nImprove operational efficiency through process redesign, automation, and system improvements\n\nLead and develop the HR Operations function while partnering with leadership to support global expansion\n\nWhat You Will Need\n7+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration\n\nExperience supporting employees across multiple countries or regions\n\nStrong understanding of global HR operations, employment documentation, payroll coordination, HR systems, and compliance\n\nExperience building and improving HR processes in a fast-growing company\n\nStrong operational mindset with high attention to detail\n\nComfortable balancing hands-on execution with process improvement\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nAbility to work across different countries, cultures, and time zones\n\nLocation\nThis is a remote role. We hire globally and work across multiple countries and time zones.\nCandidates should be comfortable working effectively in a distributed, fast-moving international team and collaborating with colleagues across different locations.\nLanguage\nEnglish is our main working language across global teams.
