From visuals to messaging, you will shape brand direction, elevate storytelling, and drive high-impact marketing initiatives that reinforce Bjak’s positioning across ASEAN.\nThis is not just a design role - it is a leadership position for someone who can think strategically, move fast, and execute at a high level. You will help shape narratives, support leading a creative team, and drive bold campaigns that elevate the brand across markets.\nWhat You'll Do\n1. Brand Strategy & Creative Direction\nOwn and evolve BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms - from tone and messaging to typography and visual systems\n\nTranslate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts\n\nLead the ideation and development of creative concepts for campaigns that strengthen brand perception and audience engagement.\n\nEnsure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints, content formats, and marketing activities.\n\n2. Campaign Optimization & Execution\nDesign and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability\n\nPartner with growth, product, and leadership teams across Malaysia and the region to execute key campaigns\n\nUse performance insights and feedback to continuously improve creative output\n\nStay ahead of industry and creative trends to keep BJAK sharp and relevant\n\n3.. Creative Leadership & Team Management\nSupport leading, coaching, and inspiring a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, writers, and content creators)\n\nSet a high standard for creativity, execution, and delivery under tight timelines\n\nReview and elevate creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy and quality standards\n\nBuild a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n4-6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership roles (agency or fast-growth companies preferred)\n\nStrong portfolio showcasing storytelling, campaigns, and multi-channel creative work\n\nSolid understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content strategy\n\nExperience leading and developing creative teams\n\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and modern production workflows\n\nStrong stakeholder management and project execution skills\n\nBonus: Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands\n\nLocation\nThis role is based in Malaysia. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our Malaysia office at least 3 days per week.\nLanguage\nEnglish is our main working language across global teams.
