Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few.\nIf you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for mobile developers to build BJAK's AI Neobank App across Android and iOS.\nThis role is for strong mobile builders who can ship clean, reliable and intuitive mobile experiences, whether their main strength is Android, iOS or both.\nWhat You'll Own\nBuild and ship mobile features for Android and/or iOS.\n\nCreate simple mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and financial services.\n\nWork with product, design and backend teams to turn complex journeys into usable mobile products.\n\nIntegrate APIs and handle edge cases, loading states, errors and production issues.\n\nImprove app performance, reliability, crash rate and user experience.\n\nSupport fast product launches, experiments and iterations across mobile journeys.\n\nHelp set high standards for mobile product quality across the app.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of mobile development experience in Android, iOS or both.\n\nStrong experience with Kotlin and/or Swift.\n\nExperience shipping production apps used by real users.\n\nStrong product sense and attention to mobile UX.\n\nAble to work with APIs, analytics, crash logs and production feedback.\n\nFast, practical and comfortable owning work with limited handholding.\n\nApp links, GitHub, screenshots or examples of shipped work are a strong advantage.\n\nThe Kind of Builder We Want\nThinks like a product builder, not just a mobile coder.\n\nCares about smooth flows, small details and real user behaviour.\n\nCan work across ambiguity and ship without waiting for perfect specs.\n\nTakes production quality personally.\n\nHonest about what they built directly versus what the wider team delivered.\n\nThis Role Is Not For\nDevelopers who only want to build isolated screens.\n\nPeople who do not care about UX, performance or reliability.\n\nCandidates who cannot explain their own contribution clearly.\n\nPeople who need heavy guidance for every task.\n\nEngineers who move slowly in a high-growth environment.\n\nLocation\nThis role is remote, but candidates must be based in Spain.
